Community members and interested parties are invited to view the meeting at the Zoom Webinar link below. LOAC members will receive any public comment shortly after the start of the meeting. While three minutes of comment is usual, the Chair may adjust times according to committee needs. LOAC members are reviewing the updates on Eastern Oregon Solar Siting on Farmland Rulemaking, Sage Grouses Map Rules, Housing Production Strategies Schedule Rule Making, a discussion of FEMA BiOP, and planning for a joint meeting with Land Conservation and Development Commission later this year.
